Produces optimum quality mammographic images meeting all licensing and regulatory standards as directed by the St. Vincent. Breast Center Policy and Procedure Manual. Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with the mammography policy and procedures and to radiologist's specifications. Performs special mammography procedures in accordance with the mammography policy and procedures and to radiologist's specifications. Biopsy procedures: Mammatome, ABBI, Wire/needle localization. Performs clerical tasks as required to complete mammography procedures in the absence of the clerk. Completes all paperwork/documentation that pertains to the mammographic procedure that was performed.
Required
One (1) year experience as a Registered Technologist Medical Radiographer: AR, upon hire and Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, within 12 Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
