Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and sustainable movement strategies tailored to each patient's life Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure) Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, or functional rehabilitation (preferred)
