Sr Account Manager

Location: Miramar, FL

Pay: $70,000-$95,000/yr

Company Summary: Our client is a proven leader in the Security and Low Voltage industries, offering a high level of professional expertise to their partners. Having been around for over 20 years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals.

Salary: Salary plus uncapped commission role. Will be discussed in interview

Interview: Will most likely interview 2 times

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with current branch customers, Security/Low Voltage and General Contractors
• Cold call facilities, Security, and General Contractors for new relationships
• Coordinate meetings for prospective contractors and customers about our security products.
• Understand how to interpret prints and drawings.
• Working in the office and travel at times
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Attend networking events/conferences
• Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
• Open-minded willingness for continual learning
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and core values.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.

Requirements:

• 2-4 yrs of related security or low voltage sales experience
• Relentless positive attitude and willingness to hunt for new business
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Prior experience with major security brands such as Lenel, Avigilon, SoftwareHouse, and Genetec
• Ability to travel at times
• Bachelors degree
