Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to RN or physician Perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures Supervise and support STNAs Maintain accurate clinical documentation Assist with care planning and resident assessments Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
LPN Qualifications:
Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR certification (preferred) Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Reliable attendance and commitment to quality patient care
