Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients Manage an average caseload of 14–16 patients per day Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting Strong documentation and time management skills to support a busy patient schedule
