Medical Assistant Artistry of Face is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our esteemed Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Heffernan, in delivering top-notch care to our patients at our Loudonville, NY location. At Artistry of Face, we work hard to create a unique and elevated experience that is all about a client's confidence. We thrive on educating our clients and providing customized treatment plans. Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services, spanning injectables, facials, laser services, and body treatments. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best, and we are committed to excellence in every service we provide. Key Responsibilities
Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures. Support the Nurse Practitioner during patient consultations and treatments. Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records. Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use. Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
Schedule
Mondays - 9am - 5pm EST Wednesdays - 9am - 5pm EST Thursdays - 1pm - 7pm EST

Requirements
Medical Assistant certification in the state of New York is preferred. 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to travel between our Glens Falls and Loudonville locations as needed.
