Work Schedule Flexible per diem scheduling options are available and can be tailored to the candidate's availability. The primary need for this position is weekend neuroradiology coverage across the Johns Hopkins Health System, making it particularly well suited for individuals seeking a predominantly weekend-based practice arrangement. Additional coverage opportunities may be available based on departmental needs and candidate interest. Scheduling options may include:
Predominantly weekend coverage
Occasional weekday coverage opportunities
Remote reading opportunities
Block scheduling or other non-traditional arrangements based on mutual agreement

Faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Full Professor, commensurate with experience
Per diem compensation commensurate with an annualized range of $441,000-$535,000, prorated based on days worked

MD or DO degree
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Radiology
Eligibility for medical licensure in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
Demonstrated commitment to education, teamwork, and academic medicine

The pre-employment physical for positions in clinical areas, laboratories, working with research subjects, or involving community contact requires documentation of immune status against Rubella (German measles), Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Varicella (chickenpox), Hepatitis B and documentation of having received the Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccination. This may include documentation of having two (2) MMR vaccines; two (2) Varicella vaccines; or antibody status to these diseases from laboratory testing. Blood tests for immunities to these diseases are ordinarily included in the pre-employment physical exam except for those employees who provide results of blood tests or immunization documentation from their own health care providers.
