Total Joints Surgeon Opportunity A thriving independent health system in Southern Missouri, just over an hour from St. Louis, is seeking a total joints surgeon to join their team of seven orthopedic surgeons and six mid-levels. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established orthopedic program within a 250+ provider network. Position Highlights
Team-Based Excellence: Collaborate with a dedicated team of seven orthopedic surgeons and four experienced Advanced Practice Providers. Outstanding Lifestyle: Minimal call (2–3 nights/month) at a single hospital ensures work-life balance. Top-Tier Compensation:
Guaranteed base salary of $800k+ $100,000 sign-on bonus Student loan repayment up to $42,000 annually
