Driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Software Sales Manager will lead a team focused on new business acquisition, customer retention, and platform adoption within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Key responsibilities:
Own team revenue objectives, managing new business acquisition, renewals, and customer retention Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and mitigate risks Provide coaching and support to sales teams to improve effectiveness and achieve revenue performance
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 7+ years in SaaS direct sales leadership within life sciences or pharmaceutical regulatory industries Strong understanding of software and pharmaceutical regulatory environments Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading sales/account teams Technical proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools
