Overseeing and supervising the Applications and Data unit, the full-time Applications & Data Supervisor will manage IT application development efforts, direct project budgets, and ensure optimal service delivery while allowing for hybrid work flexibility. Key responsibilities
Manage and direct the activities of state employees and consultants within the Applications and Data unit Oversee cost estimates and project budgets, ensuring alignment with business needs Provide task-oriented leadership to enhance service delivery to the agency and its partners
Required qualifications
Experience leading an IT application development team for an organization of 100 employees or more Experience participating in or leading IT projects, including managing project budgets and work plans Experience developing and maintaining IT application development standards and guidelines Experience supervising expert-level IT professionals, including performance evaluation and staff management Experience engaging with customers/stakeholders to provide IT solutions
