Job Responsibilities
Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their goals for functional independence. Deliver Therapeutic Sessions: Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and abilities to complete daily tasks. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic patient care. Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques that facilitate continued progress at home. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, modifying treatment plans as required to keep patients on track toward their goals. Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university. Support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged. Certifications
Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT certification is mandatory. Skills
