Who You Are
Education & Experience At least 1 year experience with caregiving or other healthcare-related experience Ability to pass DHS background check. Prior experience passing medications. A strong understanding of issues relevant to people living with HIV, communities of color, and the LBGTQ+ community and how those issues affect or influence service delivery.
What You'll Do
Responsible for administration of medications as directed by the Licensed Nurse in accordance with Physician Orders, State Regulations and the Nurse Practice Act. Maintains accurate records of medications provided or omitted, including controlled substances, in each resident's Electronic Medication Administration Record. Provides direct resident care while promoting the resident's dignity, independence and choice. Performs other duties as assigned.
