Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Dedicated OR Block Time: Monday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Shared call model supported by CNM This structure allows for both surgical consistency and balanced call coverage. Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range for this position is $300,000 - $500,000. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. $100,000 Sign-On bonus RVU bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available Benefits

Annual wellness exams and preventive screenings Diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions and infections Contraceptive counseling and fertility guidance Prenatal and postnatal care Labor and delivery services Gynecologic surgical procedures Evaluation, treatment, referral, or admission of patients as clinically appropriate You will collaborate closely with clinic staff, MDH medical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school Completion of OB/GYN residency training (minimum five years surgical training) Board Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical license Current DEA registration ACLS certification CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within 6 months if not current) Proof of approved Fetal Monitoring Course attendance every 2 years Strong communication and collaborative skills
