To support a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Marketing Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource management for various marketing initiatives while working remotely and adhering to EST hours. Key responsibilities
Manage project workflows, ensuring processes are followed and identifying improvements for project delivery Plan and implement marketing initiatives, addressing issues and roadblocks to ensure projects run smoothly and profitably Communicate goals and expectations clearly with internal teams and clients to facilitate efficient project progress
Required qualifications
2+ years of related work experience and a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent Experience managing multiple projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or Jira Proven experience leading or supporting marketing initiatives within an agency environment PMP certification is an asset
