Senior Data Scientist
Location:
Baltimore, Maryland & open to remote
Pay Range: $85-90/hr Depending on years of experience
What's the Job?
Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including problem definition, data collection, and feature engineering. Develop, evaluate, and deploy classification and regression models to optimize pricing, sales, and customer segmentation strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data science solutions. Work closely with data engineers and machine learning engineers to ensure scalable and maintainable deployment of models. Operate independently to drive initiatives forward across multiple project phases in a fast-paced environment. What's Needed?
Proven experience delivering machine learning solutions from proof of concept to production. Strong foundation in machine learning techniques, statistics, and data modeling. Hands-on experience with classification and regression models, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams. What's in it for me?
