Job Function:
Shift: 5x8 Nights, Full Time - 3rd Shift (No Weekend)
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and/or complex medical needs
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication support
Monitor resident well-being and report any changes in condition to clinical leadership
Support individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs
Ensure safety, dignity, and comfort of all individuals served
Work across multiple residential homes within the same campus as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
Job Requirements: Job Requirements:
Experience in caregiving, nursing support, long-term care, or behavioral health preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow structured care plans and facility protocols
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care
Comfortable working in a residential, non-hospital environment
Must be able to complete required orientation and training
