Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and construct personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to bolster patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living functions. Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to support continual progress at home. Document and Oversee Progress: Track clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery. Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education or additional post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure. NBCOT certification is mandatory. Core Competencies
