Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm &bull
Practice Setting: Inpatient &bull
Scope: Child and Adolescent &bull
Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks &bull
State Licensure: Active New York State License &bull
Requirements: Completed Fellowship, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Benefits
