Schedule Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM (No weekends or holidays; no on-call required). Job Description We are seeking a Senior Endoscopy Technician for an outpatient Endoscopy Center in sunny Southern California. This role requires strong scope reprocessing skills and either SGNA education completion for GI/Endoscopy or certification as a Surgical Tech (CST) with a minimum of 3 years of Endoscopy experience. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff. ResponsibilitiesPerform upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, polypectomies, biopsies, peg placements, banding, balloon dilation, and Bravo and X-track procedures. Conduct high-level disinfection of procedural equipment. Assist in the setup of rooms and back tables for procedures. Collaborate with a team of 3 Gastroenterologists. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 3 years of experience working in an endoscopy center or GI Lab. Certification: SGNA or CST (Surgical Tech) Program Completion preferred. BLS certification required. Experience with Olympus processors, light sources, scopes, and high-level disinfection principles. Experience with EPIC and ProVation charting systems preferred.
