Your job

• Analyze and interpret data to accurately execute operations of varying complexity.

• Provide excellent customer service to various partners and customers.

• Share your expertise with colleagues and stakeholders to enrich collaborations.

• Participate in the development, implementation and improvement of new work systems and processes.

• Ensure compliance and risk management compliance in all operations.

Your team

Operations is home to more than 2,500 employees, where every transaction and customer request moves through an ever-changing environment. Our initiatives come to life thanks to the commitment and expertise of our teams, who aim to offer a distinctive customer experience.

You will work under the direction of an experienced manager and work closely with different areas of the Bank, as well as with seasoned professionals. Our flexible environment encourages remote work based on operational needs, and our culture values knowledge sharing and mutual support.

Prerequisite

  • Hold a college diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to solve complex problems.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases effectively
  • Fast and efficient support for our customers and partners
  • Ability to identify and raise avenues for process improvement
  • Demonstrate excellent priority management to ensure optimal efficiency in the completion of your tasks.
  •  Demonstrate rigor in the execution of your tasks to guarantee the quality and precision of the work
  • Ability to manage stress
  • Work schedule: available until 8 p.m.
