Eco Renovations is a locally owned, established renovation company serving the Dayton area with high-quality roofing, painting, and home improvement services. We’re a small but experienced team with strong craftsmanship, reliable crews, and the operational capacity to take on significantly more work — we simply need the right sales talent to help us grow.
We’re looking for professional Residential Sales Representatives who can build relationships, close deals, and help expand our presence in the community.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations for roofing, painting, and renovation projects
Present solutions clearly and professionally to homeowners
Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up process
Close deals with confidence and integrity
Represent Eco Renovations with professionalism and customer-first service
What We Offer
Commission-only structure with accelerators
$0–$39,999 sold → 10%
