About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong B2B marketplace or HR Tech background to lead business growth, expand enterprise partnerships, and manage a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a sales/BD team of approximately 10 members to achieve growth and revenue targets Drive B2B marketplace expansion by acquiring and managing enterprise clients, partners, and platform participants Develop strategic partnerships within the HR Tech and workforce ecosystem Identify new business opportunities and grow platform adoption across target industries Manage the full partnership and sales lifecycle, from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding Build scalable go-to-market strategies for marketplace growth and ecosystem expansion Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance and business development capability Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to optimize platform engagement and customer experience Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to improve growth strategy Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketplace growth Experience in HR Tech, marketplace platforms, SaaS ecosystem, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions preferred Minimum 2 years of people management experience , including managing a team of around 10 members Strong understanding of platform business models and ecosystem partnerships Proven track record of achieving growth and revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Experience engaging with enterprise clients, HR leaders, and business decision-makers Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in platform-based or marketplace businesses Startup or high-growth company experience Existing network within HR, recruitment, staffing, or enterprise services industries Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales management What We Offer Competitive salary + incentive + performance bonus Leadership growth opportunities in a scaling business Dynamic and collaborative team culture Flexible work environment Opportunity to shape the future of HR marketplace solutions
