Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience analyzing data and utilizing reporting tools, spreadsheets, graphs, flowcharts, and other analytical techniques to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and support decision-making. Minimum of 8 years of experience performing cost-benefit analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling, and evaluating alternative solutions to support business and technology investment decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing or supporting the full Procurement Lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract administration, purchasing, and supplier management. 3+ years of experience working with Financial Systems, Payment Processing, and Payment Reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. 1+ year of experience in contract negotiation, contract management, procurement strategies, and industry best practices. 1+ year of experience quickly learning and adapting to emerging technologies, complex contracting environments, benchmarking methodologies, and related documentation. 2+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, and addressing customer needs through effective problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and service-oriented solutions. 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to recognize, value, and incorporate different perspectives, experiences, approaches, and cultures to achieve organizational goals.
