Job Description
- Support PMs across 11-12 active construction projects
* Assist with budgets, schedules, and document control
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors
* Maintain project data in online management systems

The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years experience as an APM, PE, or similar
* Exposure to multifamily construction projects
* Hospitality experience is a plus
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to grow

- $80,000-$105,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits
