Assist veterinarians and technicians during wellness and sick appointments Obtain patient histories and support accurate medical documentation Safely restrain patients during exams and procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized hospital environment Assist with basic laboratory procedures and hospital support tasks Support patient care and daily hospital workflow Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient operations
Receptionist Duties:
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Check clients in and out while providing exceptional customer service Process payments and maintain accurate client records Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients Support front desk workflow and daily hospital operations Help create a positive and welcoming experience for clients and patients alike

Previous Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Reception experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compassion for pets, clients, and coworkers Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail Willingness to learn and support multiple areas of the hospital Passion for providing excellent patient care and client service
