Nursing Supervisor

Sanford Health seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead clinical teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and patient flow across units, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will mentor nurses, support evidence-based practice, and promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. The Nursing Supervisor partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitors quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement.
