Conduct evaluations for patients across the pediatric, adult, and geriatric spectrums utilizing both standardized assessments and observational methods. Craft individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving both short-term and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives. Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions addressing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing concerns. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members, to establish unified care plans. Provide guidance and education to patients and their families, ensuring that progress continues outside of therapy sessions. Engage in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to guarantee seamless continuity in patient care throughout their rehabilitation journey. Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records that comply with local, federal, and organizational regulations. Commit to ongoing professional learning and collaboration with peers to stay abreast of advancements in the field. Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification due within 30 days of employment. Skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
