Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families throughout their lives, addressing everything from pediatric visits to geriatric needs. Manage chronic illnesses, conduct wellness checkups, and provide treatment for acute health issues and mental wellness with a focus on patient-first care. Perform physical assessments, evaluate diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans. Work alongside care coordinators, mental health professionals, and specialists to provide well-rounded patient care. Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational effectiveness. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for precise and timely patient documentation. Offer care both in-person and via telehealth to suit the needs of your patients. Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution. Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine. Certifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine. Eligible for, or currently hold, an active medical license in Texas. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience
Exceptional diagnostic acumen and clinical skills with a strong emphasis on preventive care. Enthusiasm for value-based care paradigms and a commitment to continuous learning.
