Working fully remote on a long-term contract basis, the Salesforce Developer will develop, enhance, and support Salesforce applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high development standards. Key responsibilities
Develop, enhance, test, and support Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related technologies Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development standards and code quality Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements while prioritizing out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities
Required qualifications
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and GitHub Experience in large, complex, highly customized Salesforce environments with multiple integrations Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, APIs, SDLC processes, and code review standards Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend scalable, maintainable solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within collaborative development teams
