Conduct detailed roof and property inspections to accurately assess the extent of damage and required repairs. Prepare precise project estimates and proposals while maintaining open communication with the production team. Act as a liaison between homeowners and insurance companies/adjusters to streamline the claims process. Guide homeowners through the selection of appropriate colors and materials for their roofing projects. Foster collaboration with team members to achieve shared objectives at regional, departmental, and company levels. Efficiently manage collections, actively seek referrals, and encourage positive online reviews. Remain adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. Stay informed about industry trends and participate in Continuing Professional Education opportunities.
