Integration Architect
The position ensures development integration and integrity of the enterprise suite of business intelligence tools and provides oversight of the process of integrating analytical content across multiple data models and relational databases. Focused on enterprise analytical development, this resource is able to develop working relationships with key stakeholders, such as operational leaders, physicians, researchers and other business partners. Essential functions: Provides recommendations for acquiring Business Intelligence (BI) tools Guides the technical development of Business Intelligence Developers Guides and coordinates testing and evaluation of industry leading BI tools Identifies areas of integration and facilitates discussions, discovery, analysis, strategy and coordination of efforts Identifies business intelligence intersection points and guides teams in development to support a fully seamless and integrated process Supports development teams in managing task, activity and phases of work. Interacts with data engineering and data science teams to promote collaboration across the Enterprise Analytics Division Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Other functions and competencies: Works with Epic, Epic@Jeff leadership, and advisory committees to facilitate key decisions and actions. Provides best practices and recommendations on data gathering, analysis, decision making, and development. Identifies opportunities to utilize Enterprise resources effectively to remove risks and keep integrated BI development on target. Interacts with Electronic Medical record Application teams in order to stay coordinated with workflow build and activity... Provides guidance and assessment of development effort for BI projects Support service now ticket system as assigned Educational/training requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Math Required Certificates, licenses, and registration: Epic Certifications with NVTs to 2015 complete and as follows: EpicCare Inpatient and Ambulatory Data Models- Strongly recommended Qlik Sense Certification- strongly recommended MS SQL Certification – strongly recommended Experience requirements: Minimum of 5 years of healthcare IT experience Additional information: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
