Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1960 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity: Lab Specialist - 301621161 - MT/MLT Job Details: • Work various shift options including 0600-1430, 0800-1630, 1130-2000, and 2000-0700 • Night shift follows 7 days on, 7 days off schedule • Weekend requirements as they fall on rotation or every 3rd weekend • Holiday requirements apply • No call or standby call requirements • Function as generalist covering all areas of lab including phlebotomy and patient registration • Must be comfortable with phlebotomy and willing to learn registration • Work with laboratory information system: Cerner • Operate various equipment including AU 480, Access, DXH 600, DXH520, CA 660, Status+, GenXpert Xpress • Cover all lab areas except Blood Bank and Microbiology • Required certifications: BLS (AHA), AMT or ASCP certification (MLS/MLT/MT) • Dress code: Any color scrubs, clean and professional • Must clock in and out at facility • Cannot have worked for this organization within 6 months prior to submission Facility: This healthcare facility operates as a Critical Access Hospital providing essential medical services to the community. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and requires staff to be versatile in multiple laboratory functions including direct patient interaction through phlebotomy and registration services.
