Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies. Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes in EHR (Meditech). Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. May float to other Med/Surg units as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in Med/Surg. Current RN license to practice in Tennessee. Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH.
