Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex rheumatologic conditions, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Perform musculoskeletal exams, order and interpret labs/imaging, and conduct in-office procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, and ultrasound-guided assessments (as credentialed).
Care Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and specialists to create integrated, evidence-based treatment plans. Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to Evara Health providers on rheumatologic issues.
Population Health & Access:
Support patient education, engagement, and self-management strategies while contributing to quality initiatives that improve outcomes and access to care.
Administrative & Compliance:
Complete timely and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance with Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, and accreditation standards.

Required Education & Experience:
Graduation from Accredited Medical School Completion of an accredited Residency in Rheumatology required Board Certified or eligible
