Every other Thursday + Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7a-7p Collaborate on patient medical issues with the physician to determine protocol and procedure. Complete all MIR exams and procedures, obtaining optimal images for physician review according to policy and protocol. Obtain and record patient identification, medical history, or test results. Obtain and review all history of ferrous implants and other possible contraindication for scanning in a magnetic field. Perform venous punctures using universal precautions while administering contrast media. Practice established safety guidelines and use mire safety tools and techniques. Assume responsibility for self-development. Clean, maintain, and restock examination and inventory rooms.
Qualifications
Preferred Associate's Degree in MRI Preferred Certificate in Radiology 1 year MRI Experience Preferred Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) ARRT, ARRT-MR, or ARMIT within 1 year Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
