Physical Therapist Therapy Hastings-On-Hudson, New York Travel Physical Therapist Hastings-On-Hudson, New York Contract, 13-Week Assignment, Onsite Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans Monitor and document patient progress toward therapy goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New York Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance requirements
