Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Lead and mentor Advanced Practice Providers by providing strategic clinical leadership, overseeing competency assessments, and fostering continuous skill development to ensure the highest standards of care.
Optimize patient care delivery by continuously monitoring APP-led clinical services, proactively resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless coordination across the care team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office required
Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office required
One or more of the following required:
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland Board of Nursing also required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Nurse Anesthetist credentialed from the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered
Nurse from the Maryland Board of Nursing also required. All specialties accepted. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Clinical Nurse Specialist credentialed from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse from the MarylandBoard of Nursing also required. All specialties accepted. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Physician Assistant credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office
Education:
Education appropriate for licensure held required: Master's degree of Nursing, Master's or Doctorate of Nursing Anesthesia Practice, Doctorate of Science in Nursing, Master's or Doctorate of Science inNursing Midwifery, Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program required.
Work Experience:
3 years of experience required.
1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
