Nuclear Medicine Technologist Opportunity In Clovis, CA We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a hospital team in Clovis, CA. The technologist will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate radiation detection and imaging equipment including PET/CT, assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, perform routine imaging exams, analyze biological specimens as required, follow patient safety protocols, and maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. The role includes participation in continuous quality improvement activities and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program or Associate's Degree in a related field required. 2 years of post-program graduate experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required. State of California Certified Tech Nuclear Medicine (CTNM) all scopes including venipuncture required. One of the following primary certifications required: NMTCB(CNMT) or ARRT(N). Experience with PET/CT procedures and radiopharmaceutical preparation required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. Additional post-primary certifications preferred: ARRT(CT), NMTCB(PET), NMTCB(NCT).
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 07:00–19:30. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays.
