Radiologic Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab Day Shift: Monday - Friday, hours based on surgery, typically 0600-1630. Schedule is flexible with options for 5x8 hour shifts. Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program or Radiologic Technologist Program Must hold one of the following certifications:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
Must meet state licensure requirements appropriate to certification and job function Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Perform a variety of technical procedures and manage all imaging aspects in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Scrub and assist in cardiovascular arterial venous studies with medical professionals. Manage inventory and supply chain, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Maintain and troubleshoot fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment and radiation safety. Collaborate effectively as a team member, supporting a cohesive work environment. Must maintain compliance with regulations set forth by governing agencies. Requires the use of standard precautions due to possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
