As an Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Watson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing client relationships is preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Must be tech-savvy Able to anticipate customer needs Able to effectively relate to a customer Licensing is not required
