Job Description
* Lead all day-to-day site operations on multifamily projects
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and site safety
* Drive quality control, inspections, and punch list completion
* Coordinate with project management during preconstruction and build
* Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
* 7+ years of superintendent experience on multifamily projects
* Proven podium and wood-frame construction background
* Strong knowledge of schedules, drawings, and cost control
* Confident leader with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Willingness to travel regionally as projects require
What's on Offer
Salary range: $115,000-$135,000 base + bonuses
* Guaranteed annual and project-completion bonuses
* 3 weeks PTO, 401(k), and employee ownership plan
* $600/month vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement
