Key Job Responsibilities
Actively manage the Zone transformation portfolio, overseeing the health, progress, and value realization of more than 50 projects across divisions, métiers, and functional domains. Conduct bi monthly portfolio reviews with project teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs, ensuring accuracy and continuity in updates. Evaluate emerging risks and trends across the portfolio, escalating patterns, structural blockers, and systemic issues to leadership with clear recommendations for action. Onboard new teams and initiatives into the portfolio, ensuring alignment to transformation governance, standards, and strategic priorities. Serve as the central steward of project health, maintaining the integrity of status, KPIs, timelines, and interdependencies to ensure enterprise wide visibility and decision readiness. Lead and develop the project manager community, fostering shared standards, peer learning, capability uplift, and cross project collaboration. Strategize and plan for future PM needs, including PM bench planning, talent forecasting, and organizational capability mapping. Serve as the Zone lead for the PM talent tool (Graphite), partnering with HR and functional leaders to support PM role clarity, talent visibility, and mobility pathways. Promote PM excellence through community cadences, forums, training sessions, and best practice dissemination. Act as a transformation catalyst by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and cross divisional collaboration. Partner on the design and evolution of transformation learning strategies, supporting the development of capability programs that elevate PM and transformation competencies. Manage core PM frameworks and methodologies, including ownership of PRIME (project lifecycle framework), ensuring consistent adoption and disciplined execution across teams. Serve as the Center of Excellence for project tools and standards, advising teams on tool usage, governance expectations, and best in class PM practices. Oversee all PM tool data within Wrike, ensuring accuracy, structure, and completeness across the Zone portfolio. Continuously optimize data hygiene, reporting, tagging, and hierarchy models, enabling reliable insights, dashboards, and leadership reporting. Lead tool enhancements and capability rollouts, partnering with IT, global transformation, and portfolio management teams to improve usability and project transparency. Collaborate closely with business, tech, finance, and global teams, ensuring seamless information flow, alignment on project implications, and visibility of risk. Support executive storytelling and strategy reviews through portfolio insights, synthesis, and narrative development. Enable operational continuity and readiness, ensuring teams understand, adopt, and embody transformation standards and expectations.
Qualifications Bachelors degree 5-8+ years in transformation, PMO, operations, or project management leadership (cross functional or enterprise PMO experience preferred). Proven track record managing large, complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies. Strong command of project governance, data accuracy, risk management, and PM tooling. Skilled at building trusting cross functional relationships and engaging teams at all levels. Ability to anticipate issues, diagnose systemic trends, and drive clarity in complexity. Exceptional communication, synthesis, and facilitation skills.
