Job Title: Program Liaison (Patient Enrollment Specialist)
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90048
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Program Liaison to support new provider patient enrollment into concierge medical plans. This role involves managing high-volume patient interactions (2000+ enrollments), ensuring a seamless enrollment experience, and providing exceptional service through phone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, providing clear information about concierge medical service plans Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Send payment links, informational materials, and enrollment forms via email Process and verify enrollment documentation efficiently Confirm patient enrollments and maintain accurate records Support patient check-in coordination during staff lunches and breaks Assist with patient chaperoning as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of recent experience in one of the following: Executive Assistant High-End Sales Patient Service Representative (PSR) Enrollment Specialist Strong verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions Two completed supervisor references
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Epic / CS-Link systems Familiarity with medical terminology
