Our Dispatcher/Bus Driver's earn $20.00 hourly
Job Description:
Job Duties:
Ensure a positive customer experienceRespond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person.Experience with NetPark or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred)Complete daily business reconciliation to ensure accuracy of bank deposits.Complete other job duties as assigned.Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.Load/unloading luggageTimely drop off and pick up timesHandling customer paymentsMaking sure paperwork is correctly completed and collectedProviding excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent1+ years of Customer Service experience preferredComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationMust possess a valid driver's licensePrevious driving experience preferredGood driving recordRepetitive lifting is involvedGood math skillsDetail orientatedSelf-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines
