Requested Tasks
Select, onboard, train and cross-train all Front Office team members while assisting with ongoing development and holding team members accountable to performance and service standardsEnhance guest experiences by ensuring adherence to F.I.E.L.D. Guide standardsResolve guest inquiries and/or concerns quickly, efficiently and courteouslyMaintain open interdepartmental communicationProvide excellent customer service and address guest queries and/or concernsProcess cash or credit card payments and maintain a balanced accountAssist Management with scheduling needs as assignedMonitor rooms throughout allotted shift time, ensuring accuracyOversee all public areas to ensure cleanlinessConduct regular checks of service to identify any areas of improvementAssume all front desk responsibilities if the Front Office Manager is disposedAdhere to Makeready's Guiding PrinciplesAdditional duties and assignments as assigned
Requested Capabilities
2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment highly preferredExcellent communication skills, approachable, personable and courteousStrong organizational skills and attention to detailRequired to stand for long periods of time, able to walk, able to assist guests with baggage, packages, etc.Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 poundsComfortable using hotel property management systems and operational platforms, including Opera, Alice, HotSOS, Birchstreet, Microsoft Office, and related technology systemsFlexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to effectively multitask, prioritize, and remain organized while handling multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and poiseAbility to problem-solve independently and exercise sound judgmentAdhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as defined
