Shifts Currently Available
(Rotating weekends as needed)
Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMMonday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMMonday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM What We're Looking For
1+ year of customer service experience preferred (home services or emergency services a plus)Prior dispatch experience (residential/emergency services) is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusFamiliarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (we will train the right person!)Strong communication and active listening skillsOrganized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCalm under pressure and solutions-orientedTeam-focused mindset with a desire to growHigh school diploma or equivalent required What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on. You will:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needsDeliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused supportManage a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiencyCommunicate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service executionProvide timely updates and resolve customer concernsMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactionsIdentify opportunities to recommend services that add valueLearn our services inside and out to become a trusted resource Compensation & Growth
