Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish Ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budget Manage subcontractors and construction crew Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Excellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to solve problems efficiently Attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
