Salary Range: $56,949.36 - 71,186.70
As a Warehouse Supervisor with SkyChefs you will be the driving force behind a fast-moving operation that keeps flights fully stocked and on schedule. You’ll lead a strong team, keep inventory tight and organized, and make sure every product moves quickly and accurately from dock to departure.

- Lead & Optimize Warehouse Operations: Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage Inventory & Supply Chain Performance: Oversee inventory control, conduct reconciliations, and manage vendor relationships using SAP and ERP systems.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Conduct inspections, maintain safety standards, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
- Drive Cost & Process Efficiency: Optimize warehouse processes to control food costs and streamline operations.
- Develop & Motivate a Winning Team: Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management experience (airline, food, or logistics industry preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership experience you know how to motivate and guide teams.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems for inventory control (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
