Perform SAP transactions and other system data entry tasks accurately and timely Maintain routine documentation, records, and production paperwork Coordinate with warehouse clerks and cross-functional departments to manage workload and priorities Support production operations by ensuring materials and documentation are available as needed Assist with inventory activities, including cycle counts and reconciliations Support Quality by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation records Follow 6S standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities to reduce waste Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or administrative environment Experience with SAP (preferred: 2+ years) Preferred Skills & Competencies
Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively across departments to balance priorities involving budget, timelines, and resources Adaptability & multitasking: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines Attention to detail: Strong accuracy in data entry and documentation Accountability: Proactive follow-through to ensure tasks are completed successfully Teamwork: Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders Communication skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication with peers, customers, and vendors Technical communication: Ability to communicate technical information, findings, and recommendations effectively
