Sterile Processing Manager Leads all sterile processing techs in day-to-day functions of SPD. Assembling, wrapping, packaging and sterilization of all reusable items in the Medical Center. Accurately prepares all case carts for Surgery in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring that the standards for AAMI/CMS are maintained to keep patient safe. Works to improve process and throughput. Works under the direction of Sterile Processing Manager and Surgical Services Director Job Details and Requirements Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 2:30-11:00p Education: High School Diploma - required Certification & Licensures: CRCST or CSPD certified - required within six (6) months of hire date Experience: Minimum one (1) years of experience as a sterile processing tech or surgical tech - required Competent in all areas of SPD, as determined by manager/director - required Why Work at Saint Francis?
